John Frisby's Story
The changed Soldier
"Little did we know we'd lose the first 16 people the first day."
Frisby talks about what he went through when he came from two tours in Iraq.

When Staff Sgt. John Frisby returned home from his second tour in Iraq, he'd seen too much.

And he came home to a wife, a family, and a job market that couldn't understand him.

It wasn't until he was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder that things started to make sense-but by then, he had already lost so much, both in the war and on the homefront.

I write about Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder from the perspective of a wife whose husband came home with it from Vietnam when it wasn't supposed to exist and didn't have a name. I have written an article, Home From War, for you new veterans and your families. It is linked to the front page on my website . Hope it helps. There are other free articles on there too.
Thanks and welcome home.
